Whether you are an individual leader looking to deepen your practice or a leader within a larger organization aiming to build a healthier leadership culture, this process is designed to adapt to your goals while maintaining a consistent framework. We start with a structured, four-phase approach to leadership development that can be delivered to individuals or leadership teams. Both provide an opportunity to explore personal leadership styles, identify areas for growth, and apply the science of human flourishing through the PERMA model.

Our Methodology

  • Phase 1: Leadership Insight & Goal Alignment

    We begin with a meeting with the client to understand their organization’s culture and current challenges. By identifying areas of concern, goals and key priorities, we develop a plan that aligns with the client’s needs.

  • Phase 2: Core Concepts & Leadership Foundations

    Participants are invited to reflect on their own leadership styles and consider how they might authentically integrate these principles into their daily practice. This session introduces the PERMA framework, explores the science behind each pillar, and discuss why flourishing matters now more than ever.

  • Phase 3: Personalized Integration & Strategy

    Each participant receives two, 1:1 coaching sessions. The first session focuses on identifying ways to integrate PERMA in a way that aligns with their strengths and personal style. A follow up session provides an opportunity to reflect on what’s working, adjust strategies, and map out continued integration.

  • Phase 4: Review & Reinforcement

    The goal of this session is to reinforce key insights and support an ongoing commitment to leadership practices that promote engagement, and long-term success. Whether meeting one-on-one or with a group of participants from the original workshop, we end with a one-hour session designed to support reflection, integration, and continued growth.
